Placing an Order with Write CVs
To initiate an order with Write CVs, clients are required to provide a range of personal and professional details. This includes, but is not limited to: full contact information, education credentials, professional experience, skills, and relevant career goals. The quality of your final document depends heavily on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. If any essential details are omitted at the time of ordering, our team usually follows up to obtain the missing data.
All services must be paid for in full before work commences. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
Your final CV will be delivered in both Microsoft Word (.docx) and PDF formats. If key information is still missing upon delivery, the PDF version may be withheld until such information is provided.
Adjustments and Revisions
Upon receipt of your completed order, the project will be considered fulfilled unless we receive a request for adjustments within a reasonable timeframe (typically 7 days). We encourage clients to submit revision requests by email, clearly listing the changes they would like us to make.
Your order is considered placed and the contract concluded once full payment for the service has been received and processed. By making this payment, you expressly consent to the immediate start of your personalized service. You acknowledge that this is a custom digital service and understand that once the service begins, any statutory right to cancel or withdraw from the contract—such as the 14-day withdrawal period under EU law or other cancellation rights in your jurisdiction—may be waived or limited as permitted by applicable law.
We strive to deliver the completed order and any requested revisions within 3 business days of receiving your order or revision instructions. If your request is time-sensitive, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Minor changes (such as brief text edits or formatting preferences) can often be completed more quickly.
If you’re comfortable making minor edits yourself (such as updating a job title or adding one or two sentences), you’re welcome to return the edited document to us. We will review it to ensure consistency, clarity, and overall quality, and provide further guidance if needed.

At Write CVs, we strive to deliver all standard orders within three (3) business days from the point at which we receive all necessary information from you. This timeframe ensures that our writers have the opportunity to craft a high-quality, tailored document that reflects your experience and career goals.
Please note that the 3-business-day countdown begins only after we have received all required personal and professional details from you. If essential information is missing, your order may be delayed until those details are provided.
In cases involving complex requirements, multiple service components, or peak ordering periods, there may be occasions where additional time is needed.
While we aim to meet our delivery targets consistently, turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed. We cannot be held liable for delays caused by incomplete client information, high demand, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Cancellations and Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our services, they are treated as custom goods or bespoke digital products. Where permitted by applicable law, once work has commenced, refunds will not be issued.
